ITS has restored network services. Most of you should not have to enter your user name and password to register onto the wireless network again, but it is possible that you may. If you have any questions about this, please call the Help Desk at 535-2929.
Bradford Network Issue – 10:30 am 10/03/08
The software that manages our network, Bradford, is currently having a problem. Many people are seeing a pop-up window asking them to enter their username and password for Smithtown University, with a help desk number of 555-5555. This is a generic page that Bradford supplies, and PSU has customized (when the software works properly). You can ignore this pop-up window, and if possible, continue with you regular activities. The Networking Team is currently working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
