2. Using Tags
Tags allow you to select emails in different folders and group them together.
To tag: Right click on an email message and mouse over Tag Message. Select or create a tag to add it to that group. You’ll see that a tags section has appeared on the left of the screen and clicking on your tag brings up all the tagged emails. You can also tag your contacts.
3. Grouping mail conversations.
Message view and Conversation view depict the rules as to how messages show up in your inbox.
Message view is the default view of your email. Switching to Conversation view groups all of your ongoing replies and replied to messages so it is easy to step through messages despite the date.
To enable Conversation view, left click on ‘View’ in the top toolbar and select ‘By Conversation.’
4. Setting up your Mail Signature
Select the ‘Preferences’ tab then select the ‘Signatures’ tab. Here you can set up your default signature or use multiple signatures that can be selected while composing mail.
5. Spell Checking
When composing an email you have to manually click on ‘Spell Check’ in the menu above your message. In order to make Zimbra auto-spell check similar to Outlook – you must be using Firefox. This browser auto-spell checks for you.
